This website has information regarding a proposed class action Settlement in the case of In re: Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Holocaust Insurance Litigation, No 1374 filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, USA.

Recent Development
On January 7, 2008, the Court approved the Settlement between Plaintiffs and Generali
and ordered the Settlement to be implemented in accordance with its terms and conditions.
Because of a pending appeal of the Settlement in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals,
the review of claims cannot begin unless and until that Court approves the Settlement.
