NEUE ENTWICKLUNG

On June 6, 2008 the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit affirmed the district court's approval of the Settlement. Although appellants continue to challenge this ruling, Generali has started to review and process the tens of thousands of claims submitted by class members.
So long as you have received a claim number (beginning "NC"), your claim will be processed and reviewed in the order received. A review entails a search of Generali's archival records by experienced personnel. As soon as your claim is reviewed we will advise you in writing of the outcome. We ask your patience and assure you the claims are being processed carefully and as quickly as possible.
